You won’t be able to miss the Peperbus Tower (or De Peperbus) that’s part of the Basilica of Our Lady, because at 75 meters tall it dominates the city skyline. The eye-catching tower looks like a pepper mill and one of the best things about it is that you can climb it! Enjoy walking up 236 steps, a whopping height of 50 meters, for spectacular views of the city and its star-shaped canals. The tower is definitely worth a visit when in Zwolle and it’s so famous that it even has a cheese named after it; peperbuskaas (spicy pepper cheese). Why not give it a try!
