The Netherlands may be small, but it packs a punch with things to do. Visit the De Simonehoeve cheese farm and clog factory and you'll see first-hand how two of the nation's most famous products are made.
Head to the cheese farm for a glimpse into how Edam and Gouda are flavoured, aged and matured. Enjoy tasting some of the farm's produce as well as the opportunity to take some home for yourself.
Then, stop by the clog factory to meet an authentic clog maker. There's also the chance to try on these traditional wooden shoes and even take part in a clog decorating workshop.
