As the home of the international playing card manufacturer Cartamundi, you can also visit their National Playing Card Museum. Finally, discover the UNESCO World Heritage Medieval Begijnhof. Founded around the 1200s, Turnhout’s Beguinage features an elongated plaza lined with houses that were rebuilt in the 16th and 17th-centuries.
